Planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. One of the most common questions we hear from couples is, “How do we figure out where everything should go?” From table arrangements to dance floor placement, designing your floor plan can feel like a giant puzzle. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce you to one of our favorite planning tools: custom floor plan templates on Aisle Planner.
How do I find them?
In your Aisle Planner account, click the “Layout & Seating” tab
Once you're in the "Layout & Seating" tab, you'll see the layout tool. If it's your first time using this tab, the default tent floor plan will appear. If you've already started working in this section, the last floor plan you accessed will automatically open as the front page.
To view other floor plans, click the dropdown menu located at the top center of the floor plan screen.
This will reveal a complete list of our sample layouts for you to explore.
Keep in mind, our floor plan templates aren’t mandatory—they’re simply a helpful starting point. Think of them as inspiration to get your creative wheels turning. Whether you choose to stick closely to a sample layout or dream up something entirely your own, we’re here to help bring your vision to life. Your wedding should reflect you, and these templates are just one of the many tools to help make that happen.
